Where joy meets dementia. Head on.

The social club for those living with dementia and their community.

When life gave us lemons, we made them Lemonade Days

Everyday moments of joy.

A weekly, in-person community for anyone living with dementia and those who care for them.

We create space for community, connection, and relief.

Connection beyond clinical care.

Weekly Meetups

A warm, welcoming space to socialise and connect - free of fear or stigma. Tea, conversation, and companionship. Every week.

Fitness class for older women.

Movement matters.

Personal-trainer-led sessions designed to keep bodies moving and spirits high. Because joy lives in motion, too.
